Our Multi-Skilled Operators play a vital role in ensuring efficient aggregate crusher operations, including stockpile management, feeding crusher plants, and loading trucks. Key Responsibilities for Multi-Skilled Operator Jobs in Kalumbila Conduct pre-start and post-operation inspections of excavators and loaders to ensure mechanical integrity.

Maintain excellent housekeeping standards for all machinery. Report mechanical defects and unsafe conditions promptly to the supervisor.

Follow and execute work instructions safely and efficiently. Maintain water drainage systems as directed by the supervisor.

Operate machinery in compliance with company safety procedures and mining regulations. Assist with training staff on mine safety standards and participate in ongoing risk assessments.

Use two-way radios and modular systems effectively for communication. Perform additional tasks as delegated by the supervisor to support aggregate crusher operations.

Candidate Profile and Competencies Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to operate loaders and excavators safely and efficiently.

Strong knowledge of machine controls, parts, and emergency procedures. Ability to identify mechanical defects and perform thorough machine inspections.

Flexibility to work various shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail, personal accountability, and self-motivation.

Active listening skills and effective time management. Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 8 years’ experience operating heavy earthmoving machinery in mining environments.

Demonstrated experience feeding aggregate crusher plants and working in aggregate crusher settings. Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience. Certification in loader and excavator operation.
