We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Central & North Customer relationship management Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, supporting retail outlets, and ensuring effective execution of company sales and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly to secure orders and ensure sales targets are achieved;
- Conduct retail outlet visits to address terminal requirements and resolve after-sales issues;
- Carry out market visits to gather competitor information and monitor market trends;
- Implement and monitor company promotional activities to ensure effective execution;
- Conduct vehicle-based sales activities to develop and expand terminal/end customers;
- Collect payments and reconcile customer accounts accurately and timely;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth;
- Prepare regular sales and market feedback reports;
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience in sales and the FMCG industry will be an added advantage;
- Passion for sales with strong execution and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to travel extensively and work in different locations within the Central and Northern regions;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure;
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
