Key Responsibilities
1. Networking & Infrastructure
Implement, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure
Deploy and support Switches, Wireless Controllers, NVRs, and CVRs
Diagnose and resolve network faults and performance issues
2. Desktop & User Support
Provide first-level technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
Escalate and support resolution of advanced technical problems
3. Project & Operations Support
Support IT projects with awareness of risk and stakeholder management
Assist in planning and executing IT deployments and upgrades
4. Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
Provide technical guidance to IT Specialists
Conduct basic training to improve team technical skills
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Strong understanding of networking principles
Proven experience in desktop support and IT operations
Exposure to IT project coordination is an added advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
