Employer Description 5-star Luxury Hotel Job Description Our client is seeking a young, stable and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations, drive service excellence and ensure financial and administrative efficiency across all F&B areas. Key Responsibilities: Manage Food & Beverage finance and administration, including budgets, financial analysis, management systems, and reporting. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Source and purchase stock using the latest technology and regulatory standards. Develop and implement concepts, policies, procedures, and strategies for all F&B service areas. Oversee quality assurance of supplies, storeroom, and cold storage facilities. Manage contractual arrangements and vendor relationships. Facilitate effective interdepartmental cooperation. Drive revenue growth from existing business and proactively identify new opportunities. Deliver high-quality standards both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Matric Proven experience in stock management, purchasing, business strategy development, market research, competitor analysis and report writing. Management experience in product improvement and service delivery across all F&B areas. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Skills Strong knowledge of the Micros system. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and analytical capability. Team leadership and collaboration skills.
