Develops the maximum & minimum inventory levels & manages inventory movements accordingly.
Manages & follows up the inventory balances to avoid stock out problems & unnecessary inventory carrying costs.
Follows up & gathers information on changes in the identification number of spare parts & informs the user departments to avoid incorrect purchases.
Ensures that the division is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support the company’s goals.
Ensures that established processes are followed for improved stock and inventory management of fuels, spares and consumables.
Ensures incoming spare parts & products are receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
Ensures materials & spare parts are ready and available for use as and when required.
