Senior Officer, Planning and Reform

Consolidates annual Plan of the company in conjunction with concerned work units of the company.

• Spearheads the institutional reform initiatives of the company like kaizen,  ISO, BSC,

• Coordinates and undertakes monitoring and evaluation activities to be undertaken with partners and by the company.

• Gathers, consolidates and reports feed backs obtained from the monitoring and evaluation interventions on the activities of the company.

• Designs systems, procedures and tools for timely capturing of performance data from departments, services, and other work units of the company.

• Identifies industry indicators that would serve to measure the periodical plan achievement and impact of the program as whole.

• Prepares periodic reports about the accomplishment of the targets of the planning period.
