UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, web apps, mobile apps, and product interfaces.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive and visually polished user experiences.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, founders, and client stakeholders.
• Conduct lightweight user research, competitive analysis, and usability reviews where needed.
• Prepare clear handoff documentation for engineering.
• Review implemented designs and provide QA feedback.
• Iterate quickly based on client feedback, usability issues, and product priorities.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong Figma expertise.
• Strong portfolio showing web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, SaaS products, or complex workflows.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, spacing, typography, color, and hierarchy.
• Ability to design for fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with engineers and product teams.
• Experience designing AI, SaaS, B2B, fintech, marketplace, or productivity tools is a strong advantage.
