Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Own product planning, sprint priorities, backlog management, and delivery coordination.
  • Translate client goals into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution plans.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.
  • Run sprint planning, standups, reviews, demos, retrospectives, and status updates.
  • Identify growth opportunities, user activation improvements, conversion improvements, and product experiments.
  • Define KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes clearly.
  • Manage ambiguity, unblock teams, and drive execution under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and business objectives.
  • Communicate risks, blockers, timeline changes, and tradeoffs early.
  • Support product discovery, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, and launch coordination.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management, technical project management, growth product, or startup operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of software product development.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, product specs, release notes, and status reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking and KPI orientation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent English communication and professionalism with US-based clients.
  • Experience with Jira, Linear, Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack, Figma, analytics tools, and product documentation.
  • Experience with AI products, SaaS, marketplaces, B2B tools, automation, or growth experimentation is a strong advantage.

  • Available for weekend work during crunch time
