What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Receive and thoroughly inspect all incoming technical components and shipments.
- Capture and update stock data accurately into the internal inventory system in real time.
- Verify all incoming delivery notes strictly against physical supplier stock.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular weekly cycle counts to ensure 99% stock audit accuracy.
- Issue technical parts and electronic components to workshop technicians smoothly.
- Coordinate with courier services to prepare items for daily dispatch.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and perfectly organized storage environment.
What You Need to Apply (Qualifications & Experience)
- A completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- A Certificate or Diploma in Storekeeping, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
- Three years of proven experience managing inventory inside a technical warehouse.
- Strong proficiency in digital data entry and Microsoft Excel.
- A professional, structured work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills for handling stock variations.
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal procurement and technical teams.
- A valid forklift license or a SAPICS membership will be highly advantageous.
