What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Receive and thoroughly inspect all incoming technical components and shipments.
• Capture and update stock data accurately into the internal inventory system in real time.
• Verify all incoming delivery notes strictly against physical supplier stock.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct regular weekly cycle counts to ensure 99% stock audit accuracy.
• Issue technical parts and electronic components to workshop technicians smoothly.
• Coordinate with courier services to prepare items for daily dispatch.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and perfectly organized storage environment.
  
  What You Need to Apply (Qualifications & Experience)

• A completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• A Certificate or Diploma in Storekeeping, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
• Three years of proven experience managing inventory inside a technical warehouse.
• Strong proficiency in digital data entry and Microsoft Excel.
• A professional, structured work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills for handling stock variations.
• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal procurement and technical teams.
• A valid forklift license or a SAPICS membership will be highly advantageous.
