Job Description

• Provide friendly first and second-line technical support to all office and factory staff.
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and office network printers.
• Fix Microsoft Windows operating system errors and manage user profiles in Office 365.
• Troubleshoot local area network, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic internet routing issues.
• Manage the internal IT helpdesk system by logging and resolving technical tickets quickly.
• Configure secure corporate virtual private network connections for remote staff members.
• Keep all computer systems safe by managing routine backups and anti-virus updates.
• Create simple guide documents and maintain an accurate inventory list of IT equipment.
  
  What You Need to Apply

• A minimum of two years of practical IT support experience.
• Good experience fixing computer hardware defects and corporate software faults.
• Basic experience managing user accounts within Microsoft Active Directory.
• A strong, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn new technologies.
• Great communication skills to help staff members solve their everyday technical issues.
