Key Responsibilities for Store Marketing Agent Jobs in Lusaka Execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional setups in line with approved plans and company guidelines.

Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure store displays are attractive and effective. Properly install and upkeep posters, banners, signage, price tags, and other promotional materials.

Perform regular inspections to confirm promotional displays and marketing materials remain correctly positioned and well-maintained. Submit daily photographic evidence and detailed campaign execution reports for assigned store locations.

Monitor the condition of marketing displays, promptly reporting any damage, shortages, or issues affecting implementation. Manage and safeguard all marketing materials, ensuring accurate inventory and proper storage.

Collaborate closely with store teams to guarantee timely and accurate execution of marketing activities. Support additional promotional initiatives and store marketing projects as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications A Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline is advantageous. Previous experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, or store operations is preferred.

Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles and promotional execution. Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills.

Effective communication, reporting, and teamwork capabilities. Ability to follow structured instructions, adhere to company standards, and meet deadlines consistently.

Willingness and ability to work across various store locations within Lusaka. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
