DROGA PHARMACY is one of Droga Group company and it is the largest chain of Ethiopia private retail pharmacy. It manages and operates a nationwide network in 6 cities of the region and 10 sub cities in Addis Ababa, which makes it one of the most prevalent and the fastest growing company in the region.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilizes computer-assisted design software and tools to prepare project designs, plans, and schedules.
- Estimates materials, equipment, and labor needed to determine project costs.
- Makes a close follow-up of the operation and prepares cost analysis or as necessary together with the Project coordinator.
- Compiles material, machineries and manpower requirements of the project and follows up the delivery of the requirements
- Communicate with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials
- Prepare construction progress reports
- work closely with project office to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
- Develop engineering plans for construction, renovation, and repairs
- Prepare estimates, as well as on-site visit reports and project progress reports
- work with other team members and departments to ensure project success
- Analyze and advise on the planning, design, construction and maintenance and renovation of major systems and facilities such as building, interior spaces and other project activities
- Ensure Proper tender handling; if the customer is credit make sure the company has credit agreement.
- Follow the payment status of your customer.
- Ensure your customer is being handled properly and make sure customer compliance is being handled properly.
- Timely report your weekly plan and activities to area manager.
- Regularly attend company meetings
- Perform any activity assigned by immediate supervisor.
