Sales Leadership & Business Development
• Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise the wholesale sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor achievement against plans.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.

Sales Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, warehouse, distribution, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor stock availability and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure timely product delivery and order fulfillment.
• Follow up on customer payments and support collection activities.
• Monitor sales order processing and ensure service level agreements are achieved.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management of all sales activities.

Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, motivate, and develop the wholesale sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.

• Ensure effective workload distribution and resource utilization.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Management
• Ensure accurate CRM utilization and customer data management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Present sales updates and business insights during management meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans to achieve targets.
Quality Management System (QMS) Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of QMS within wholesale sales operations.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with QMS standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
