Role Purpose:
The Service Administrator ensures the smooth, data-driven running of the Service Department with a strong emphasis on leveraging the John Deer Operations Centre (JDOC). The role coordinates service scheduling, maintains accurate records in ERP/CRM/SAP, supports technicians and customers, and turns JDOC insights into proactive maintenance actions and service opportunities. The administrator also supports onboarding, engagement, and user adoption of JDOC to improve uptime and customer satisfaction.
