Compliance Officer Position – Namalundu Campus The Compliance Officer will be based at KGRTC’s Namalundu Campus within the Risk Compliance & Governance department. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in compliance and risk management.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, Auditing, or a related discipline.

Professional Certifications:

• Credentials such as CCP, CIA, CRMP, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ZICA, or equivalents will be advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in compliance, risk management, auditing, insurance administration, or corporate governance.

Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, detailed reporting, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Digital Marketing Officer Position – Namalundu Campus KGRTC is also recruiting a Digital Marketing Officer to join the Marketing Business & Development department at Namalundu Campus.

This role demands expertise in digital marketing and content management to strengthen KGRTC’s brand presence.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.

Certifications:

• Professional qualifications in Digital Marketing and/or Graphic Design are required.

Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, branding, or business development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent software.

Additional Skills:

• Experience managing social media platforms, website content, digital advertising campaigns, with knowledge of SEO and digital analytics considered an advantage.
