Key requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, Auditing or related field
Professional certifications such as CCP, CIA, CRMP, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ZICA or equivalent are an added advantage
Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, insurance administration or corporate governance
Strong analytical, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills
