To manage the day-to-day electrical maintenance of the sugar factory, including motors, panels, and lighting, with a strong focus on the power plant auxiliary systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Motor Controls:
Manage the maintenance of HT/LT motors, starters, and VFDs.
Switchgear:
Execute maintenance of 11kV/440V switchgear and transformers.
Battery & UPS:
Maintain DC battery banks and UPS systems for control room reliability.
Cabling:
Supervise cable laying, termination, and fault location.
Energy Metering:
Monitor and reconcile energy meters for in-house consumption.
Shift Management:
Manage the shift electrical engineers to ensure 24/7 breakdown coverage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
10-12 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
Skills:
Expertise in PCC and MCC panel troubleshooting.
