Junior Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced supply chain professionals, you will play an important role in ensuring the seamless movement of materials and finished products throughout the business while supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning
• Support procurement and supplier order coordination
• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Assist with production scheduling and material planning
• Track customer orders and delivery performance
• Maintain accurate ERP system information and logistics documentation
• Analyse operational data and prepare supply chain reports
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • Procurement
  • Operations Management
  • Industrial Engineering
• 1–3 years' experience within:
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Procurement
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment will be highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
• ERP systems exposure (SAP, Syspro or similar advantageous)
• Strong reporting and analytical capability
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
