A leading digital technology business based in Johannesburg is looking for a Finance Team Lead to join their high-performing finance division. As the Finance Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. This role presents an excellent opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with people leadership and commercial finance exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full finance function
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Prepare and review management reports
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the finance team
- Maintain financial controls and compliance standards
- BCom Accounting
- SAICA/SAIPA Articles
- 3 years post articles experience
- 2 years managing a team
- Advanced Excel
