Internal Sales Support

A leading organisation within the short-term insurance industry is seeking an experienced and driven insurance professional to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities across personal and commercial insurance lines.
• Prepare, compare, and present quotations from multiple insurers.
• Assist with underwriting processes, policy administration, renewals, endorsements, and amendments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, insurers, and service providers.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly production targets.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare production and sales reports.
