Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Agriculture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Recently graduated or within 0–2 years of work experience.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Key Responsibilities
- Project Activation & Coordination
- Support the activation of Go to Market initiatives, including campaigns, launches, events, and seasonal activities
- Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Stewardship, Supply Chain)
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and follow ups
- Support preparation of project materials such as timelines, trackers, briefing documents, and status updates
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day to day administrative support to the GTM team
- Maintain accurate project documentation, folders, and records in line with internal governance requirements
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and basic financial administration where required
- Ensure compliance with the company’s processes, systems, and approval workflows
- Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a coordination point between GTM team members and cross functional partners
- Support internal communications related to GTM initiatives
- Ensure consistent, professional communication aligned with the company’s values and brand standards
- Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency, tracking, and project execution
- Actively participate in learning opportunities related to GTM, marketing, project management, and commercial operations
- Build an understanding of the company’s crop portfolio, customers, and go to market model
