Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years' senior management experience in the aluminium manufacturing, glazing, or façade industry
  • Proven experience managing a manufacturing or production facility
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, manufacturing, and installation processes
  • Sound understanding of BIBC requirements and South African labour legislation
  • Experience managing production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and installation teams
  • Computer literate with ERP or manufacturing system experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Project Management qualification advantageous
  • Valid driver's licence
