Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related qualification
  • Minimum 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Standard System of Measuring Building Work and JBCC contracts
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and accurately extract quantities
  • Experience with project costing, procurement, subcontractor management, and monthly valuations
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
