Supply Chain Management Limited is seeking a Fleet Controller Assistant to support the efficient management of our truck fleet operations. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring vehicle usage, coordinating drivers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
l Assist fleet controller in daily truck scheduling and dispatch.
l Monitor driver reports and ensure timely submission.
l Track fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance records.
l Support compliance with transport regulations.
l Maintain accurate fleet documentation.
l Liaise with drivers and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
l Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
l Minimum 2 years’ experience in fleet operations.
l Strong organizational and communication skills.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
l Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
