Finance Manager – Passenger Vehicle Dealership Ballito – KwaZulu Natal

Responsibilities:
Financial Management

• Oversee the dealership's full finance function
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Complete month-end and year-end processes
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping up to trial balance
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance

• Manage debtor collections and aging analyses
• Control creditor payments and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts payable and receivable records

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Manage all FICA-related reporting and requirements
• Prepare and submit statutory reporting where applicable
• Maintain audit-ready financial records

• Monitor vehicle stock and floorplan controls
• Reconcile manufacturer accounts and incentives
• Manage vehicle costing and related dealership financial transactions
• Support operational departments with financial analysis and reporting

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related Finance qualification (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager within a motor dealership environment

• Experience with FICA reporting and compliance
