Coordinate training schedules and employee registrations
Maintain training records and skills matrices
Assist with compliance training related to manufacturing, health and safety, and quality standards
Support the administration of learnerships, apprenticeships, and skills development initiatives
Time & Attendance Management
Monitor employee attendance and leave records
Maintain leave balances and process leave applications
Assist supervisors with attendance-related reports and queries
Ensure compliance with company attendance policies
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and industry regulations
Assist with Employment Equity, Skills Development, and statutory reporting requirements
Generate HR reports and workforce statistics as required
Support health and safety initiatives relevant to the manufacturing environment
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an HR administrative role
Experience working within a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment preferred
Knowledge of payroll systems
Experience with Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting
Knowledge and Skills:
Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
Understanding of payroll administration processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
