Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in customer service, sales administration or dispatch administration
  • Experience with Sage Pastel Evolution
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all dispatch, courier and freight bookings to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Schedule and monitor customer collections, ensuring goods are ready and all documentation is complete.
  • Provide professional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Process and capture customer sales orders accurately and efficiently on the ERP system.
  • Prepare and issue customer sales invoices, ensuring all pricing, quantities and supporting documentation are correct.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse, Production, Logistics and Sales departments to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
  • Track deliveries and provide customers with updates where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch documentation, courier waybills, proof of deliveries and customer correspondence.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and coordinate returns or credit requests where necessary.
  • Ensure all customer orders are completed in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
