Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and competent Community Health Extension Worker CHEW to join our surgical healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will support patient care, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and support clinical operations
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols

Requirements

• Valid CHEW certification and current practicing license
• Minimum of 1 year relevant clinical experience
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Experience in surgical settings is an added advantage.
