About the Role
- Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and execution-driven Digital Community Project Manager to lead the company’s digital storytelling, online community engagement, and content-driven brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative digital community and engagement strategies across all platforms.
- Lead content planning, storytelling, campaign execution, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Create and manage compelling multimedia content including written content, short-form videos, visuals, social campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Build and grow online communities while strengthening brand visibility, trust, and engagement.
- Drive strategic storytelling for company projects, initiatives, products, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, audience engagement, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate digital campaigns across departments including consulting, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, investment, and project operations.
- Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, platform updates, and community insights to improve engagement and performance.
- Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, website channels, and communication platforms.
- Track and report content performance, growth metrics, campaign insights, and engagement analytics.
- Collaborate with designers, media teams, project teams, and leadership to execute high-impact campaigns and communications.
- Support brand positioning, reputation management, and strategic online communication initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, content strategy, community management, brand communications, or media-related roles.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, digital engagement, and audience growth strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing online communities and executing successful digital campaigns.
- Highly creative with excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding and practical use of AI tools for content creation, productivity, research, analytics, and campaign management.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats including social media, video, email campaigns, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically while executing quickly and efficiently.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and online audience behavior.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, analytics tools, and other digital platforms is an advantage.
