?️ Assistant Lodge Manager | Luxury Game Lodge | North West Province ? Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Lodge Manager for a luxury game lodge situated in the North West Province. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong Food & Beverage background who thrives in a guest-facing environment. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing F&B operations, driving service excellence, supporting the kitchen team, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences throughout the lodge. ? Package • Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 CTC DOE • Live-in position • Opportunity to join a respected luxury safari operation ? Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the Food & Beverage department • Ensure exceptional service delivery across all guest touchpoints • Maintain and continuously improve operational and service standards • Support the Head Chef and kitchen operation where required • Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency • Supervise and mentor front-of-house and service teams • Conduct regular service training and performance coaching • Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns • Assist with stock control, ordering and cost management processes • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards • Support lodge management with daily operational requirements • Spend the majority of time on the floor interacting with guests and staff while maintaining administrative responsibilities ? Requirements • Previous experience as an Assistant Lodge Manager, F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within luxury hospitality • Strong Food & Beverage operational experience • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop hospitality teams • Excellent understanding of luxury service standards • Strong guest relations and problem-solving abilities • Financial awareness including stock control and cost management • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment • Valid driver's licence preferred ?
