Wellness Therapist (Yoga & Spa) | Luxury Private Game Reserve | Hoedspruit Area
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Wellness Therapist (Yoga & Spa) for a luxury private game reserve in the Hoedspruit area.
This unique live-in opportunity combines professional spa therapy with yoga instruction, allowing the successful candidate to deliver a holistic wellness experience within a breathtaking safari setting. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about wellbeing, guest care and creating memorable experiences that promote relaxation, mindfulness and rejuvenation.
Package
• Live-in position

• Meals provided during working hours
• 3-week working cycle followed by 7 consecutive days off
The Role
The Wellness Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of professional spa treatments while also conducting yoga classes and private wellness sessions. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing personalised wellness journeys and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a variety of spa treatments to the highest professional standards
• Promote relaxation, mindfulness and overall wellbeing
• Provide personalised wellness recommendations and guidance to guests
• Ensure treatment rooms, yoga spaces and equipment are maintained to impeccable standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable wellness experiences
• Support wellness programmes and initiatives within the spa
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences
• Uphold all health, hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
• Certified Yoga Instructor (minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training preferred)
• Previous experience within a luxury spa, wellness retreat or hospitality environment
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Professional and confident treatment and instruction abilities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for wellness, holistic health and guest care
