Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 10–15 years' experience in Oil & Gas Well Testing, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in well testing operations, equipment management, and project execution
• Proven leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills
• Offshore certifications BOSIET/HUET are an added advantage
