Warehouse Operations Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, stock control and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and FIFO practices.
• Coordinate staff, workloads and transport requirements.
• Maintain compliance with OHS standards and company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse performance.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years' warehouse experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/coordinating role.
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Valid South African driver's licence and own transport.
