The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience through attentive, knowledgeable and professional service. ? Package • Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 per month DOE • Opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury wine estate environment ? The Role The Waiter will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring guests receive a memorable and seamless dining experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. ?️ Key Responsibilities • Provide professional and attentive table service to guests • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service • Present menu items and make recommendations where appropriate • Ensure tables are set, maintained and cleared according to standards • Deliver food and beverages efficiently and correctly • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction throughout service • Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar teams • Handle guest queries and requests professionally • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained • Support the restaurant team during busy service periods ?
