VEHICLE HIRE TENDER NOTICE

Zambian Hearts Community Development invites eligible and qualified vehicle hire companies to submit quotations for the provision of six (6) 4x4 vehicles, preferably Toyota Fortuner or Toyota Hilux, for a period of 30 days.

Assignment Details

• Contract Period: 12 July 2026 – 11 August 2026
• Location: Outside Lusaka
• Purpose: Asset Verification

Vehicle Requirements

All vehicles must:

• Be roadworthy and in good mechanical condition.
• Have valid vehicle registration, insurance, and road fitness certificates.
• Be equipped with a fire extinguisher, spare tyre, jack, first aid kit, and other standard safety tools.

Inspection

All proposed vehicles must be presented for physical inspection on 8 July 2026 in Lusaka.

Payment Terms

• Proposed hire rate: K1,500 per vehicle per day.
• Suppliers must clearly indicate fuel consumption/rate per distance in their quotations.
• Payment will be processed 30 days after submission of an invoice, following successful completion of the contract period.

Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers should submit:

• Vehicle registration details.
• Valid insurance and road fitness certificates.
• Confirmation of fire extinguisher and other required safety equipment for each vehicle.
• A detailed quotation showing the daily hire rate and fuel charges.
