Turner Machinist: - To start ASAP

Turner Machinist: Location: Spartan, Johannesburg Hourly rate: R170.00 per hour Skills Requirements: • Grade 12 (Matric)/N4 or equivalent • Qualified Artisan / Trade Test • Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing Job Description: Qualified Artisan operating Universal Horizontal Lathe, Vertical Lathe or Horizontal Boring Mills, in accordance with mute cards and drawings • Responsible for the handling and co-ordination of cylinder job cards • Assist in the stripping off and assessments of repairs for quotations purposes • Repetition drill sharpening by machine (other than in tool room). • De-burring of all manufactured parts • De-burring by hand and/or by grinding and/or portable power tools • Sand and /or shot and/or hydro and/or grit blasting • Operating hand portable and/or pedestal grinding machine where the operator is not required to grind to marks and/or gauges and/or sizes and/or templates • Re-threading and/or re-tapping and/or reclaiming of nuts and/or bolts • Machining of different hydraulic components according to drawing specifications NB: Send detailed cv in Word format, provide the actual time frames worked at the companies, stipulate salary at current and previous company worked at, reasons for leaving, notice period at current company and also a facial pic to put on your cv as per Client’s request.
