About the Role:

• TSF Planner Jobs in Solwezi As a TSF Planner, you will play a critical role in developing and managing integrated construction schedules for TSF infrastructure projects.
• You will coordinate activities such as earthworks, pipeline relocations, bench construction, embankment works, and operational support to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Your expertise will help track progress, generate detailed reports, and facilitate effective communication between Operations, Construction, and Maintenance teams to minimize disruptions.
• Key Responsibilities Develop integrated weekly, monthly, and annual work plans for Operations, Maintenance, and Construction activities.
• Create detailed work packages including labor, materials, tooling, SOPs, and execution methodologies.
• Coordinate planning meetings involving Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Contractors.
• Monitor schedule compliance and key performance indicators to support production and operational priorities.
• Maintain and coordinate the departmental CMMS, ensuring accurate asset registers, preventive maintenance schedules, and work order histories.
• Manage critical spares inventory and rotable spare strategies to support TSF infrastructure reliability.
• Support ISO 55001 asset management implementation and lifecycle planning for pumps, pipelines, valves, instrumentation, and civil infrastructure.
• Assist with root cause analysis, reliability trend monitoring, and maintenance optimization initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Qualifications and Experience Full Grade 12 certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional registration with a recognized engineering body (EIZ/ERB).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mining operations, tailings management, construction, or maintenance coordination.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Training or certification in Maintenance Planning, CMMS, Asset Management, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of TSF operations and water management systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Pronto, or similar data analysis tools.
