Responsibilities

• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• Supplying travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.
• Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, hotel accommodation and car transportation.
• Analysing clients specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages or services.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations pertaining to tickets and hotels.
• Providing support to customers who may need to arnend or cancel a reservation.
• Reissuing and revalidating customer tickets

Reaqurements

• 5 years work experience as a travel consultant
• Excellent of travel software such as Amadeus, Galileo a nd Sabre GDS
• Proficiency in English.
• Sales Skills.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Basic computer skills such as Micrcsoft office package.
• Excellent communcation skills
• Good knowledge of travels and tours trends and regulations
