Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full transfer process from instruction to registration
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and the Deeds Office
  • Drafting and processing transfer documents and correspondence
  • Following up on outstanding requirements and ensuring timely registration
  • Maintaining accurate file management and FICA compliance
  • Providing professional client communication throughout the transfer process
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary specialising in transfers (non-negotiable)
  • Proficiency in conveyancing software (Ghost Practice, Lexis Convey, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of the transfer process and Deeds Office procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy portfolio
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
