Our client, operating within the transport and logistics industry, is seeking an experienced Training Officer (Learning & Development) to join their team based in Rosslyn, Pretoria North.

Candidate Profile

• Matric, with an Accredited Facilitator and/or Assessor qualification being highly advantageous
• Minimum 4 years' experience within Learning & Development, preferably in the transport or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of training administration, including ATR and WSP submissions
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage training data and reporting
• Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and organisational skills with a proactive and resilient approach

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee training operations, manage multiple facilitators, and ensure effective delivery of learning programmes
• Develop, implement, and maintain structured training frameworks aligned to business and regulatory requirements
• Manage all training administration, including ATR, WSP, compliance, and reporting requirements
• Drive Learning & Development initiatives that support employee growth and organisational objectives
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning processes and systems
