Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to clients, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking devices.
- Perform structured cabling, patch panel termination, and network point testing.
- Assist in router, switch, and Wi-Fi access point setup under supervision.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain service reports, job sheets, and client visit documentation.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and internal support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company SLA, safety standards, and client communication protocols.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and IT infrastructure audits at client locations.
- Maintain professional conduct while representing the organization at customer premises.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Fundamental understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, Wi-Fi).
- Exposure to structured cabling (CAT5e/CAT6), crimping, and rack organization.
- Familiarity with Windows OS installation and basic troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn enterprise IT infrastructure and field service processes.
Educational Qualification:
- BSc / BTech / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant exposure are encouraged to apply.
Certifications:
- Any additional technical certification (Networking, Hardware, IT Support, etc.) will be considered an added advantage.
