TLB OPERATOR/DRIVER

ABOUT US:
Graylands Park is a growing company developing residential stands with full infrastructure. We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious TLB Operator to join our team.

ROLE SUMMARY
The TLB Operator will be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of Tractor Loader Backhoe for excavation, loading, backfilling & other work related to stand development & infrastructure.

KEY DUTIES:
Operate TLB to excavate trenches, load materials, backfill & level ground.
Carry out daily pre-start checks & basic maintenance on the TLB.
Work closely with site supervisors to meet daily targets. Ensure safe operation around workers, services & equipment.
Report any mechanical faults or damage immediately.
Keep operator logs and assist with site cleanliness.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class 2 or 4 drivers license with TLB endorsement.
Minimum 3 years proven experience operating a TLB on construction or civil works.
Knowledge of basic TLB maintenance & fault reporting. Physically fit & willing to work in outdoor conditions.
Safety-conscious & reliable. A certificate of competency is an added advantage.
