Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding scope of work, and criteria.
• Participate in the planning and prioritization of project scope requirements with stakeholders.
• Examine existing and/or create new business processes including understanding data flows.
• Prepare of user stories and prototype mock-ups for new services and enhancements.
• Identify and clarify constraints and work closely with external and internal stakeholders to design and implement the best possible solution within these constraints.
• As required, provide sign off a feature after delivery on behalf of the Product team.
• Build test cases prior to starting to test.
• Write up specifications which take alternatives into account.
• Question specs, don’t take things at face value.
• Follow case, and document findings.
• Research on requirements (functionality, best practice, methodology).
• Advise on user experience.
• Write up technical specification.
• Write up user documentation.
• Adhering to time frames

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• B.Sc Information Science Degree
• ISTQB certification
• 4+ years of QA experience
• 4+ years management experience
• 4-6 years test automation experience
• 1+ years HR / Payroll / Time & Attendance or finance experience an advantage
