VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Ethiopian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ESOG) invites qualified and motivated applicants to apply for the position of Temporary Data Encoder.
The successful candidate will be engaged for ten (10) working days to support data entry activities required for the generation of certificates through the iHRIS system. The assignment aims to address the current backlog of certificate processing and facilitate the timely generation and issuance of pending certificates.
Duration: Ten (10) Working Days
Key Responsibilities
Enter and verify data in the iHRIS system accurately and efficiently.
Support the generation of certificates through the iHRIS platform.
Review records to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all information handled.
Perform other related duties as assigned during the assignment period.
