- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Medical Aid Administrator Call Centre
- Managed care administration
- Pre-authorisations
- Case management support
- Medical claims processing
- ICD10 and/or CPT coding
- Hospital benefit management
- Clinical call-centre support
- Medical scheme administration
