Established Johannesburg-based manufacturer of steel bodies and related equipment seeks an experienced and driven Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the steel body manufacturing, truck body building.
• Strong knowledge of products such as Tipper Bodies, Water Tankers, Drop Side Bodies, and Vacuum Tankers
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Manage and expand existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the manufacturing and transport sectors
