Technical Business Analyst (Data-Driven | SQL | High-Impact Systems)

Job Description:

• Define and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Analyze large volumes of data (usage, recharge, invoicing) to improve accuracy and identify risks early
• Work closely with software engineers, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Shape solution design and support implementation across new and existing systems
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and system performance
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions are practical and effective
• Apply strong analytical thinking to complex datasets, business rules, and process flows
• Work independently in a fast-moving, technically demanding environment

• 4–7 years’ experience in business analysis within IT / data-heavy environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex datasets
• Experience collaborating across business and technical teams
• Solid understanding of system development lifecycles and solution delivery
• Proven ability to design processes, gather requirements, and influence solution design
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Comfortable operating independently in a high-performance team
