Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Analyse and challenge business requirements to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Produce high-quality functional specifications, user stories and technical documentation.
• Perform data mapping and integration analysis using tools such as Postman and SOAPUI.
• Validate integration endpoints and technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout Agile sprints.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support deployment activities, release management and production readiness.
• Investigate, triage and manage defects through to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and client stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Technical Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Software Development or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working on enterprise software solutions within Financial Services or FinTech.
• Proven experience with system integrations, APIs, data mapping and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, SOAPUI or similar API testing tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support development teams.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering quality solutions.
