Job Description
:
Under the supervision of the WAR Supply Chain Specialist, the Supply Chain COUPA System Intern will:
• Support PR and PO tracking in COUPA
• Review documentation completeness and compliance
• Conduct PR ageing analysis and reporting
• Support audit documentation and compliance checks
• Assist in vendor and catalogue management
Deliverables
• Weekly PR ageing report
• Monthly COUPA compliance report
• Updated procurement records and trackers
Key Performance Indicators
• Reduction in aged PRs
• Improved documentation completeness
• Timely report submission
The Candidate must possess strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel
Ability to manage and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Communicates effectively when working in teams and independently
Required Experience & Skills
Basic understanding of procurement processes
Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
Good Excel and data analysis skills
Ability to handle large data and track transactions
Good Excellent written and communication skills;
Proficiency in using standard software programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
