Job Description:
- Oversee and coordinate daily lending activities to ensure efficient loan processing
- Lead loan origination processes and review funding applications and disbursements
- Manage complex transactions and ensure adherence to approved credit frameworks
- Monitor loan performance post-disbursement and oversee collections and recoveries
- Minimise impairments and maintain strong client relationships to ensure portfolio health
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Manage and develop team members to achieve performance and service excellence
- Support strategic initiatives, policy improvements, and product development
Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in credit or lending
- Strong credit risk assessment and decision-making capability
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage collections and recoveries effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending systems
Qualification:- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
